Privacy Policy
Prairie Sky FC collects only information needed to operate youth soccer programs and protect players. This may include parent or guardian contact details; player name, age and schedule choices; emergency, medical or accessibility information relevant to safety; registration, attendance, payment and consent records; and limited website data such as IP address and cookies. We use it for registration, scheduling, communication, safety, payments, insurance, service improvement and legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
A minor’s registration must be authorized by a parent or legal guardian. Identifiable photos or videos of children are used publicly only with separate, express parental consent; media consent is optional and not a condition of participation. Necessary information may be shared with authorized coaches, Wix, payment providers, facilities, leagues, insurers, emergency personnel or authorities. Some providers may process data outside Canada.
Your Rights, Security and Retention
We apply reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards. Information is kept only as long as needed for program, legal, tax, insurance, safeguarding and dispute-resolution purposes, then securely deleted or anonymized. Parents and guardians may request access to or correction of their own or their child’s information, request deletion, or withdraw consent, subject to lawful and contractual limits.
